Con: Appointment setter (Lisa?) was extremely rude, and acted like I was a major inconvenience for calling. It's like she tried to make me feel bad for asking to be a customer. Pro: They had a doctor who was able to see us within 2 days for our urgent need. Con: Doctor we saw didn't know what she was talking about, and represented two different statements as facts that we knew are objectively incorrect (we are also in medical profession). It's dangerous for doctors to be giving guidance to do the opposite of what's helpful. Further, doctor wanted to be done with us after 90 seconds ... after every question we asked, doc reached for the door and we had to say "wait wait another question". Very rushed, bad info. I am very appreciative of Brandeywine Urology today. My pharmacy was having tons of issues (all day long) getting my prescriptions. Sydney continued to stay on top of everything she could and keeping me updated. She sent them electronically, faxed and sent to a new Walgreens and they still weren’t going through. Finally she called herself and resolved the issue for me. I’m incredibly grateful to her for all the help!

I booked an appointment and waited three months for it. Just as the appointment date was approaching, I received a call saying the doctor would be on vacation and I had to reschedule. They offered me an appointment for the next day, but I was traveling and couldn’t make it back in time. The next available time they had was in September—a huge delay. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and impatient throughout the call. I ended up canceling the appointment on the spot. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called to make an appointment from a referral I received at Urgent Care. Lisa, answered the call for the new appointment. Lisa then tried to dismiss me twice, after advising that I received a referral to this office. Lisa was rude, curt, condescending, and very unprofessional. My job records calls, please have management reach out to hear this exchange. Per previous reviews, I am not the only one with this lackluster greeting and energy from the receptionist. It seems as though your staff needs better training regarding customer care and contact. Please do better, especially as you may be dealing with sick people, and you do not know what is going on in their lives. LISA - DO BETTER. I attempted to make two appointments with different people at your office, but both encounters were very unpleasant. The two female staff members I spoke with on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never choose to deal with a doctor's office where the staff treats patients this way. There was a complete lack of care in their voices, and when I asked for one of their names, she hung up on me. To the urologists in this office, please address the behavior of your staff appropriately and please feel free to contact me over this. I would be more than happy to discuss.
