This place was recommended to me by my aunt after moving to DE because the np she sees there (Dr. Stoush,) was and still is phenomenal and one of the most kind and empathetic medical professionals I've ever seen. Called to set up an appointment and even over the phone, the woman I spoke to was rude with serious "What do you want?" energy. They didn't have any opening til like 3 months away but I took it, *only under the condition I see Dr. Stoush.* i confirmed this with the scheduler twice. I also live AN HOUR from their facility, but i figured for a *good* pcp, its worth the drive. When I got there, the front desk staff looked me up and down like we were at a club or something and refused to speak to me. I ignored it and went to the window to sign in. I have been going to BWMA for 5 years and I have honestly never had a negative experience. Doctor Gover is very friendly and patient, while at the same time extremely quick and efficient. I never feel rushed during my appointment- my questions and concerns are always listened to and answered. The front desk staff are also incredible. Specifically Amy & Anne. They go above & beyond to pass along any issues/questions I have to the doctor, and they make sure I get a response in a timely manner. There have also been multiple times I have had to reschedule my appointment (sometimes last minute), and they're always understanding and do everything they can to ensure I am able to be seen ASAP/before my medications need a refill. They have also gone out of their way to help find me payment options

Front desk staff needs to retrained. Called to ask for simple information to complete insurance paperwork and the woman I spoke with told me she had no idea what I was talking about because no one had ever called asking for what I needed before. Not true. She then interrogated me for the reason why I needed this information before placing me on hold. 5 seconds into being placed on hold the call “disconnected” (they likely hung up on me). After calling again I was given to another woman who also didn’t seem to want to help me. After stating what I was looking for again, she begrudgingly gave me what I was looking for. Please do not waste your breath with these people. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative.

This place has a serious problem of costumer service. The nursing staff and doctors are amazing, but the front office staff is not. Simple things like hang up the phone almost in your face without asking is there anything else I can help you with, asking “can you please hold” when picking up the phone and immediately putting you on hold without waiting for you to agree, or when you’re there in person giving answers like “didn’t I told you” or “didn’t you knew you had to”. This has been an ongoing problem on the 2 yrs my family and I I have been a patient in this clinic.

Good doctors. However every single time I have had blood work done they never call me and tell me my results. I always have to ask them for it and even then they always seem confused or unsure of where my results are or if someone has already told me.
