This review is worth the reading, especially if you have severe anxiety or panic about dental procedures. Prior to finding out about Dr. Derek and Dr. Jillian, I avoided my old dentist in another state for years due to bad experiences. I haven't been in an office for almost 10 years. I recently had the pleasure of meeting a compassionate dentist who truly understands the importance of making their patients feel comfortable and at ease. As someone who has struggled with dental anxiety for years, I can honestly say that this dentist has completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist. It should be noted that I reached out to them asking if they could help me, because I was having issues with two teeth. They took time on their day off to bring me into the office and show me around.

While vacationing in the Vermont area I had a dental emergency and panicked being far away from home and also everywhere getting close to regular normal business closing hours. THANKFULLY we found Brandon Family Dentistry who are wonderfully open into early evening and contacted them and Dr. Jillian told me to come on in and was able to see me right away and performed the easiest and painless tooth extraction I think anyone could experience. Her and her staff were so warm and welcoming and they make you feel safe and taken care of. I wish she lived closer to me back home to be my permanent dentist! Thank you so much for seeing me on short notice! :)

I had a great experience at this family office. Tina and Dr. Jillian were both super cordial and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I left feeling as if I had a solid plan to improve my dental health. The office admin even sent an email within 24 hours with techniques and exercises to quell some jaw pain I have been experiencing. Highly recommend this practice! Thanks a million!

I recently had to have a tooth pulledAnd I was so afraid.Dr. Jillian made the experience easier. I was cold and she covered me with a blanket with the names of her children.After the procedure she offered to drive me home, pregnant with twins and walk back to her office.It doesn't get any better than that.

I would like to update my review from my prior review. I have changed my review to four stars for the main reason the owner Dr Derek who after seeing the review, called me and asked me if we can talk about why I gave the review that I did. So I went to his office and we discussed it and I decided that if somebody is professional and cares about his business enough to call, impressed me very much. So after meeting with Dr Derek and his whole staff and seeing the entire office facility I changed my review to four stars, and after I see the completed work on my teeth I feel it will probably go even higher.
