This post is about Harbor Oaks- West Sac site. 5 stars except for some operational things and the doctor. The doctor doesn’t act like she cares for people or is empathetic for their needs. The therapist and nurse practitioner here were so kind and caring. They make a real difference. They take their time to answer your questions and explain things to you. This place is helpful and should be considered if it’s recommended.

I remember being really afraid to be part of a PHP but it was actually wonderful and I had a wonderful psychiatrist and counselor. I was very fortunate to meet friends in my group who I can talk to about the real real. You can end the program whenever you want but then you might have to talk to your insurance to start it over again. You also are not forced to stay the night.

I can’t say enough good things about Heritage Oaks treatment and staff in harbor oaks. Absolutely loved the staff and therapy for grief.
