I am a diabetic. Long story short, they never had my injection in stock and when they did they then blamed either the doctor's office or the insurance company for the reason that they could not fill the prescription. We jumped through so many hoops trying to get the medicine I truly needed. This went on for weeks, then we were told one day they had it in stock but when we went to get it the very next day we were told they had been out of it for a long time and had no idea when it would be back in stock. Basically we were lied to. My daughter was always treated rudely by one employee when she would go in to get my refills. It was ridiculous to treat someone this way. Finally upon realizing we were lied to, I moved my account to the Wal Mart Pharmacy and I had my diabetes meds the very nex

Don’t rely on them.Go to Walmart! I’ve been trying for 3 weeks going on 4 to get a medication for my mother. A diabetic medication which is very important. Even her Drs office was flabbergasted at how they were handling this. I caught them in a flat out lie, and that finalized it for me. I will never be back. They don’t care about doing their job unless it’s for people they personally know or like. If they don’t know you, be prepared to be talked to like a dog. One little lady that works at the counter is beyond rude, can’t remember anything you say to her, there’s another lady that works there that’s just beyond hateful and very curt. For 3 weeks I was calling about this medication. One excuse after the other, it’s the drs fault, it’s the insurance company’s fault, it was never on them. A

This is where I get my medicine filled and it's a great place with a great staff. They're very helpful and they get you in and out quickly.

Very friendly and typically helpful, however if you need medical equipment or supplies beyond picking up a prescription medication be sure to come 45+ minutes before the close or there will be no one there to help you. It's not posted anywhere that the medical equipment/supply staff leave 30ish minutes before close either, and the main pharmacy desk staff can't even look up equipment prescriptions to let you know if it's come through at all. Extremely inconvenient and irritating.
