Super amazing, professional, and empathetic staff. They listen to all of our concerns and alleviated my wife's childhood dental trauma. It was the first dental office in over 20 years she was able to get dental work done at. Highly highly recommend!

Every treatment I've received at this dental office has unfortunately been unsatisfactory and required follow-up corrections by other dentists. This is the first dentist I've found who accepts MassHealth, but I've ended up paying out-of-pocket elsewhere to fix issues from the work done here. The staff seem unhappy, which adds to the overall negative experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice and seeking a more reliable provider instead.

My experience with this dental practice through MassHealth was extremely disappointing. The dental work performed was substandard and caused more problems than I originally had, leading to additional issues and ongoing discomfort. While MassHealth covers treatments at no upfront cost, the quality here was so poor that it ended up creating bigger long-term problems. I strongly advise anyone on MassHealth (or anyone else) to seek care from other dentists—literally any other provider would be a better choice based on my experience. Avoid this practice if possible; it’s not worth the risk.

Their service quality has been going down in recent months. They cancelled my cleaning appointments twice with a short notice (2 hrs before appoint). But they would charge the patient $50 if they cancelled within less than 24 hrs!

I was a patient of Dr. Nick (2002) and when he turned the practice over to Dr. Mitry I stayed! She is wonderful, compassionate and thorough. I’d highly recommend.
