Iwhen I called to schedule a 1st time appointment, I reached someone who barely spoke English, asked about my insurance, and my condition. Then she says she will send the information to the doctor (no name provided) and she would call me back tomorrow. When she called the next day, she said I would have to go somewhere else because they couldn't help me. I have a herniated disc with severe stenosis and spinal cord compression which is causing me to use a walker at age 52. I thought this would be the type of thing they specialize in but she couldn't/wouldn't even tell me why they were turning me away. Maybe I dodged a bullet! 🤔
