I had a 11 year old Boxer named Piper Lola and brought her to this hospital to be treated. In my honest opinion I felt the staff and doctor were all very professional and respectful. I had to euthanize my girl and they walked us through every step while allowing us time to process them before moving on it. The entire staff that we engaged with were compassionate empathetic patient and gentle. It was a hard blow to lose my girl but I knew I was doing the right thing. She was surrounded by the family she loved most. The actual process was seamless. The immediate grief we all felt when her little heart stopped will forever be imprinted on my heart. MY DOG WAS KILLED! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! My family’s 10-year-old dog was taken to Brady’s Run. She was an otherwise healthy and active dog, but had just been diagnosed with early stages of Congestive Heart Failure at her visit. She was given a life expectancy of a year or more and was sent home with oral Lasix. However, before she left the veterinary hospital she also received an injection of Lasix. Within 90 minutes she was gasping for air, turned blue, and died. (Lasix is a common diuretic and in extremely rare cases where it leads to death, the death is caused by dehydration and does not resemble anaphylaxis). My dogs have been with Brady’s run for over 10 years . I’ve often said I’d like to find another vet for one reason or another . After today , I will NEVER take my animals back there . My little girl pup had been having some issues and was seen 2 weeks ago by Brady’s run vet . Then referred to Blue Pearl for an emergency visit and hospitalized for an acute kidney injury. It’s been a week and as advised by Blue Pearl , I called Brady’s run to make an appointment for follow up blood work. They told me they can no longer help with the situation to take her back to Blue Pearl. I called Blue Pearl and told them about it and they were astounded. Why won’t your vet see you , they asked . Some vets will nickel and dime you to death with pointless tests and extra charges, even in an emergency. Not Brady’s Run. They treated Banjo like it was life or death the second we walked in. No messing around. Bloodwork and fluids immediately.Yeah, the bill wasn’t "cheap" (what emergency vet visit ever is?), but it was still reasonable compared to what it could’ve been.and worth every penny. Honestly,You can tell the difference between vets who actually care and vets who just want your wallet. Brady’s Run showed they care tremendously. They treated my pup with urgency and compassion. We will forever continue to use them as our "home" vet.

Our family is so very thankful for the care and love the whole staff, vet and vet techs have shown us and our big girl cora ( especially cora bug) . We are ever so grateful and thankful for all the love and compassion . Thank you everyone !🥰 Cindy and family
