Brady Eye Clinic

Three of my 4 family members went here for an exam and new glass. First thing is, it takes so long to get glasses. Then when we got them, none of us could see out of them. My husband got a new RX, but still can't see out of them. My son didn't bother. I got a new RX, but am still waiting for the glasses. It has been 3 weeks since they ordered them. They blame it on the lab. Maybe they should switch labs. My 4th family member went to a place in San Antonio. Got his glasses within a week, and did not have any problems. Second issue, according to our benefits statement from insurance, our out of pocket of the 3 Brady claims was about $50 - $75 LESS than what we actually paid. The San Antonio clinic out of pocket showed $75 MORE than what my son paid. So, Basically, they can't get RX's correct

That lady Norma is awful. After this we will take business elsewhere.
