I can’t say enough great things about this team. It was evident from my first appointment that they all genuinely care about the work they do and about each patient who walks through their doors. Dr. Tom has gone above and beyond working to give me a smile I feel confident about and we’ve even shared some laughs along the way. I am so grateful for everyone there and cannot imagine a better place to go for ortho!

I was concerned about my wisdom teeth, needing a second opinion. Ferlitos provided me with a free x ray and referral! They go above and beyond for customer service and I would recommend to anybody! I also got my braces here a few years back, and they did an amazing job!

Dr. Ferlito and his team have always been so helpful for me and my family! Both my sister and I went to Dr. Ferlito for our braces and his team was always friendly and welcoming for all of our appointments, making the entire experience a very positive one! Even years after having braces, Dr. Ferlito has always been available to answer questions and make minor adjustments. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferlito to anyone needing orthodontic work!

Dr. Ferlito and his team are the best! I have had braces twice, and both times I went to Dr. Ferlito. Recently, I had jaw surgery to correct a medical issue. As part of the preparation for the surgery, I needed to get braces. I didn’t hesitate to go back to Dr. Ferlito after having a positive experience with him the first time I had braces. He did a great job coordinating with my surgeon and constantly kept my surgeon and me informed on my progress. Now my braces are off, and I’m really happy with my results. Also, his whole staff is caring and professional. Every time I call or have an appointment, everyone in the office is so nice. I highly recommend Bradford Orthodontics.

Hands down the best practice ever! Seriously complete none of your healthcare needs to the ‘Ferlito Standard’ as you will be disappointed. Amazing front staff, ALWAYS so polite and patient. They see soo many people and always manage to just sound pleasant, even towards the end of the day. As far as my child’s care, her braces are phenomenal, never has complained about absorbent issues and has never had an emergency related to treatment process. Her teeth look phenomenal. Ferlito is well respected in his field as well, referral to an oral surgery dentist he made was also a phenomenal practice. Just cannot recommend enough!!
