Bradford House Nursing and Rehabilitation

I'm so grateful for the care provided at Bradford House. The staff truly go above and beyond - you can tell they genuinely care about the residents, not just doing a job. The administration has done a wonderful job creating a compassionate environment. It's not easy finding a place where you feel confident your loved one is being looked after with kindness and respect. Thank you to everyone there for all you do.

My sister stayed at the Bradford house for 6 months while she had end of life care. We had a few ups and downs. But… she was taken care of and loved. By so many people. Thank you for all that you do!!!❤️

My recent experience with Bradford House Nursing and Rehab was extremely disappointing, especially with the weekend supervisor, Sheila Grier (apologies if misspelled). When I called to check on my mother’s care, the background on Sheila’s end was incredibly loud — she even mentioned she was next to a salon, which raised the question of whether she was actually onsite. She was difficult to understand and repeatedly asked who I was “with,” despite me explaining twice that I was calling on behalf of my mother. When I politely asked if she could move somewhere quieter to take a professional call, she told me she didn’t like my “attitude.” I told her I didn’t appreciate hers either, but that I was still willing to work through the process professionally. The Bradford House Nursing home saved my life. Perfect caring environment. Very organized. All departments worked as a giant team to provide the best care. Many residents were well cared for. I am amazed how one place could provide a loving and htwr than I could have asked for ealing environment. I had bad accident. I have been blessed that my brother found such a warm and pure environment. I could ot walk, speak, think or do anything for myself. I would recommend the Bradford House as it just a place to stay as we age. They healed me. The food was incredible. My father was at Bradford House for two weeks. The staff has been wonderful, very caring and attentive. The facility is very clean and welcoming, quite upscale in the common areas. I see some complaints that the phone is often not answered, but we found that the staff is very hands-on with residents, so sometimes the central desk is not manned. Overall, we are very happy with the care my dad received at Bradford House.
