Omg! We had such a great experience! The Dr along with the staff made my son feel so welcomed. They asked lots of questions to make sure they recommend the plan that makes sense for my son. Great communicators!

We have been to 2 of the offices of Island Orthodontics, first in Whitestone, and now East Meadow since we moved to LI. Every single one of the staff and doctors are the nicest people you'll meet. Patient and caring and explain everything. My son's teeth look great!! Now if only he'd use his retainer regularly... 🙄

The doctor was professional to explain everything. However I consulted the office almost a year ago to do the braces for my 2 children. The rate was very high that would include a pre-separate process that not covered under the insurance. We didn’t do it due to the high rate of the extra uncovered process. Almost a year later the office called us to reschedule an appointment so we did and went to the office I asked the person who discussed the payment options if there’s a possibility to check with the doctor if we can skip that extra process and just do the braces. We felt the response was not professional and it was not with curtesy. She could have told me that she could check with the doctor and see what the possibilities whether if we can do with it or not. But it was made us felt unco

Friendly staff, clean office. Bilingual/Spanish dental assistant made my son feel more comfortable. The Dentist took her time to explain what would be the best options for my 10yr old.

I went here desperately to fix my teeth and my upper jaw after i was told by another orthodontist from a different place that i would need jaw surgery and i came here and they gave me hope! they told me i could get a palate expander and that there was a chance of it working and it 100% worked despite my age and my teeth and bite a perfect now!!!! i’m getting my braces off in a month and i haven’t even had them on for a year yet, Bracetown Orthodontics gave me a miracle with my teeth that i didn’t expect to happen. I suggest anyone to come here and they will serve you right.
