I love Boyts. I needed a prescription before I left for a trip and had it filed the day of. The pharmacist accommodated me right away and allowed me to pick it up within minutes of speaking with him. This is already in addition to them being a really great place.

RUDE staff! Their attitude towards a 30+ week pregnant woman is a HUGE problem! They’ve been creating a lot of hurdles when all I need was prenatal vitamins. They only gave me 30-day refill after the original 90-day prescription from my OB, and told me to get a new prescription if I need 90-day refill, for which I did ask my OB to prescribe me. The staff just took a quick look at the prescription and said NO to me right away because the doctor didn’t put my name on it. AND the staff said to me: “This prescription could have been for others and it may not be yours.” OMG, I can’t believe what she said to a 30+ week pregnant woman who just needed her vitamins. Incompetent Liars - wish I could give them negative stars. They cannot Auto re-fill your regular prescriptions (don't let them lie to you). They don't know how to use insurance (and will lie and tell you the price you're paying is with your insurance factored in when it's not). They also typically do not notify you when an Rx is ready. When I started going there about a year ago, I was surprised that I had to pay for my prescriptions (with my insurance (Aetna), my Rx's should be fully covered). Every single time, I would ask the pharmacist if that was the price after using my insurance, and they would look at the computer for a minute and then say Yes. Months later, I asked the same question to a different pharmacy staff member, and she checked the system and said they didn't even have

I would like to thank Pharmacist Ali for all his extra time, patience and efforts with regards to my prescription.. Ali was able to quickly fill the prescription and reviewed my son's history to ensure there would be no allergic reaction to the prescription.. this was done on his own time as the store had closed!!.. a sincere thank you to Ali for ALL his support and for going above and beyond to assist ! !many thanks!

This place is wonderful and way better than any chain pharmacy you will ever find. That has an excellent gift/retail section where you can buy all the essentials for the season and pick up some cute/unique gifts! The place is always spotless and they are constantly getting in new products. My in-laws (who have multiple health conditions) go here as well and they always have the prescriptions ready for them (even when they forget to get refills, the pharmacy already has them!). The medications are always ready when I walk in and the staff is very friendly. They've never forgotten to auto-fill my medication so it is super convenient for me as I'm always on the run between work and errands.
