Boys & Girls Pediatric Clinic

I have been going to Dr. Mirafzali since I had my first child (20 years ago) . He is one of the best caring Dr’s out there. My children continue to be his patients because of the care He and his staff provide. I’ve never had any issues with His receptionist or his service. The girls do an amazing job at customer service and your wait time is normal if not a little longer on busier days. But if you get there early you will leave early. Thank you Dr. for all you do!

Excellent care and doctor work fast no appointments needed highly recommend

08/23/21 Worst service ever!!!! Receptionists don’t even verify insurance before service, even after been there waiting for 2 hours. Doctor only sees you for 1 MINUTE, And doesn’t explain anything… receptionists told me my insurance didn’t would not cover the visit or the exam after the service is done and charged me $120. They think people have all the money in the world to be spending and just because you don’t have insurance or it doesn’t cover they don’t prescribe medication, they go base on assumptions. If my daughters end up having more than a common cold who do you think is going to pay more money… Doctor should be ashamed of having treating people like this.

Very bad service from doctor Mirafzali. He was very rude to my kids mind you they are 8 and 10. My little boy politely asked for a lollipop which he had given to all the kids that were coming in and didn’t notice mine. I let it slide didnt pay much attention so we were already leaving since they didn’t even check my kids and my boy asked for a pop and the doc grabbed two and looked at my boy with the most demonic eyes and threw the candy on the little reseptionist window.. never going back…

Ive been with the Brownsville location of Dr Mirafzali and his staff for 16 yrs and always had a good outcome. Dr Abrego is a wonderful caring addition. l love that they are fast, accurate and professional. Office staff (ladies) are always cheery and caring and know my children's name before l even say - l will continue to visit and recommend the Bsville office.
