Boys and Girls Urgent Care

I am extremely frustrated and concerned about the care we received, as my daughter condition was initially misdiagnosed by the doctor despite clearly explaining her symptoms and how severe they were becoming. Instead of receiving the proper evaluation and treatment, she was sent home without answers, and her health continue to deteriorate until it reached the point where I had no choice but to go to the hospital for emergency care. This situation could have been prevented if my concerns had been taken more seriously from the beginning. The experience caused unnecessary physical pain, emotional distress, and financial burden, and it has significantly shaken my trust in the quality of care I was provided. Loved it here. Both of my children were new patients and I was out of there in less than an hour. The experience here was great starting with the professional and attentive staff and especially Mr. Leyva. He did an excellent job in taking care of my children and went above and beyond to make the children feel safe and comfortable. Very surprised at the excellent customer service and the quickness of the staff to get patients in and out. Will definitely be changing my urgent care center to this one.

Arrived 25 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. I don’t see the point in having a schedule posted on the door and on their google profile if it will not be followed and they will close as it pleases them.

Horrible service. The young “doctor” came in for 1 minute did not introduce himself and told me he would send medication if needed depending on my urine exam. I told him I was very hot and dizzy and he ignored me and left. My husband and I waited in the lobby and the “doctor” came up to us in front of other patients to tell me my diagnosis. That is a HIPPA Violation. Very disappointed and will NEVER go again. That “doctor” needs to go back to school and actually learn how to treat patients.

Thankful for the treatment they gave to my son when he had an accident at home, he got better in a short time.. The staff is very nice, they accept a lot of insurances and that's is great.
