Boyds Drug Express

Iam thinking of switching pharmacy's that is to be able to get much needed medicine for my mother and I. My mother has horrible cases of anxiety at times. Not knowing there hrsand or days are wrongly advertised she has had to deal with insomnia for almost three days. I think it may be better to find a pharmacy with actual open hrs that are guaranteed. Mother and I have trouble walking far but is what it isi guess. Love the pharmacy staff they are very polite but it's their job to do so mostly. But do they think about people in need or is it just oh well it's another day off from work?

This place USE to be AMAZING!! Then their pharmacist moved over to west side SINCE THEN they got new staff, which mind you has the worst of attitudes.😔

The staff have become increasingly rude and dismissive, making me feel like a burden when filling my prescriptions. Patients deserve courtesy and respect, not hostility.

If I could give this place a zero star, i would and talk about how horrible the customer services at this place is nobody is friendly, and when you inquire about some things, then they proceeded to follow up with eye rolls and sighs, and that includes one of the pharmacist as well, then when they’re supposed to hand over the prescription That you were supposed to get and instead they close the window you. I would say new staff needs to be put in place at this place!!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! Worse place i have ever dealt with in my life!!!

Courteous and helpful staff. Never an unanswered question and never an attitude when picking up prescriptions.
