Boulder Run Physio

I've had a great experience with Boulder Run Physio. Caroline is excellent at identifying and treating issues and creating routines to strengthen my weak points. I'm very grateful for her help in getting me back to running stronger.

Kurt has been a pivotal part of my return from multiple injuries in the last year. I am a professional runner, and have seen a large number of PTs that have not thought outside the box. His attention to detail and creative thinking have helped me so much along this recovery process. He even caught a very rare injury/illness that no other doctor picked up on. I trust Kurt with anything and everything. He is great for preventative body work, and helping through significant injury cycles! Cannot say enough positive things :)

Brittany is a fantastic PT who works with you to strengthen your body post-injury in a way that aligns with your fitness goals. Kelly who works reception is wonderfully kind and helpful with scheduling as well as insurance updates!

I have a very bad hip to the point where I could not walk the other day and most days too. Caroline showed me some very simple movements to loosen up the hip where I can now walk much better, even without my cane. I use these maneuvers throughout the day and has made a huge difference in my quality of life.

Kurt and the Run Physio team are simply the best. They have been helping my family and I with our running related injuries for several years. They are caring and their treatment along with the preventative/recovery routines they prescribe have been very effective. Highly recommend.
