Boulder Heart at Erie Medical Center

The staff at Boulder Heart is amazing. Doctor Iyengar and his team are knowledgeable, professional and, above all, kind and caring. They made me feel like family. Originally I considered going to UC Health, but after one procedure, I knew that the quality of care was much hhigherat Boulder Heart. I am so glad I followed my instincts.

I had an echocardiogram done. I was worried about it. Nice receptionist, next to no waiting time. That helped. A lovely young woman did the study. I was comfortable. These things helped, too. I was out of there in next to no time! Got results same day. Good news, I've a structurally normal heart for a person my age. And it was all done right here, in Erie. Shorter drive than Boulder! Little to no traffic and plenty of parking. All these factors helped tremendously! Love it!

Really did not meet my needs, which was SO atypical for my experience at Boulder Heart. Perhaps related only to the practitioner I saw for the first time. Everyone else so professional and proactive!

Adrianna is the BEST! No wait time, seen immediately. Adrianna is the most caring, attentive physician. Makes a 97 year old feel important.

First, I want to acknowledge that the reason I went here was because Boulder Heart has a stellar reputation. I'm sure that if you have a condition that doesn't require ongoing attention and is in the wheelhouse of the doctor, you'd get great care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had wanted another opinion and had made an appointment with Dr. Schutz in Erie, which was the first available. My brother-in-law, who is a doctor in another state, wanted me to see a different doctor at Boulder Heart, but he was unavailable. My BIL got me an appointment a couple of weeks earlier with a PA (who I actually like a lot). The first appointments were both pretty good, actually. But over time, it became clear that Dr. Schutz doesn't know what to do with ongoing pericarditis. I'd been referred
