Boston Children's Weymouth

The new building is beautiful and modern, with plenty of parking spaces. This was our first visit, and the staff and doctors were friendly and helpful, greeting us as soon as we walked in and making us feel welcome. The wait time was acceptable.

I usually never have an issue with children’s. But now they have changed the way I view this place. My child usually goes to children’s frequently. My child is only 4. On Friday, 6/20/2025 my child had a follow up appointment with the doctor for a follow up from ear tube surgery. However, instead of the doctor being the one to see her first she saw a PA named Amanda Stolzer. Amanda was at first nice to my child. But once my child expressed being scared her whole demeanor changed. She told us her “ear tubes were ready to come out” her ear tube on her right side came out very easily. However, Amanda showed difficulty with the left ear. My daughter immediately felt pain and expressed her pain, which triggered Amanda, showing aggravation and frustration. I give a four star because the facility is clean and the workers and staffs were very nice. I would give a five star if they would have cafeteria and other food services. Especially when you have early appointments and don’t have time to eat when you can while you wait for your doctor appointment. I wonder how the staff and workers eat on their lunch break. Driving around looking for a place to get food. That’s just crazy.

We received exceptional care from the Orthopedic department. The facility was clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The hold time on the phone was long, but the care received made up for that. We appreciate having this facility so close to home!
