Boss Dental

My daughter and I are first time patients at Boss dental and I have to say from the moment we went in the staff members were very friendly and helpful and helped to my daughter at ease since she had a bad experience before at another dental office, and they were very communicative with our check up and gave us solutions to do at home with our dental care. I’m very happy that I found this office. We will going there for our future check ups.

Called for a same day appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Front desk staff are very polite. I got a cleaning, xray and examination done by the dentist. The dentist takes time to listen to the patients concerns. Dental cuspidor could use a little cleaning.

Went here for a checkup and to get my teeth cleaned. Dentist and front desk super welcoming, and the dentist took care to make sure I was satisfies with their cleaning, and even doubled checked after I rinsed. 10/10

This place is dirty, crowded and bathroom is not accessible. A lady with crane almost falling trying to pass the front desk to reach the bathroom. My Mom is 90 years old. While Mom was having an X-ray the front desk demanded the X-ray tech to stop and my Mom walk all the way back to sign paperwork like she is her subordinate. Horrible!! Instead of patients are boss, she is the boss of patients! Paperwork is more important than take care of patients. They decided the dentist won't pull her teeth although they have oral surgeon. They took the money, added Mom suffering of 4 months to get referral letters to us to get Mom's tooth pulled. Go to Jamaica hospital for dental instead.

I am so surprised that they are receving such a bad review. I had great experiences there and they were really nice. Yes I do agree that the front desk lady maybe the boss but she is so knowledgable with insurance and coverage that I was so impressed how she could help me save money. The dentist was not a super smiley person but she is upfront and told me straight up what needs to be done and what's not necessary. I never once felt that they were being rude.
