The treatment is fine. It addresses well to the patient's needs. But there is a problem with the way the higher echelon staff relates with the patients.. My own experience proved to be very frustrating. Suddenly, a month into the treatment, without any warning, I was told that, if I wanted to continue with the treatment, I could no longer rely on my insurance, and that I would have to pay for it myself. I was accused of being uncooperative and of not making any progress, both false statements, as my personal trainer had volunteered that I had made substantial progress in responding to more demanding exercises.
