Boro Hall Pharmacy

Boro Hall Pharmacy is a true community staple—been around 50+ years and it shows in the service! The staff is caring and knowledgeable (they helped with my specialty meds and DME needs smoothly), compounding is excellent, and wait times are short compared to chains. Free delivery, vaccinations, and they handle insurance/Medicare well. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours, but the personal attention and reliability make it worth it. 4 stars—highly recommend this Middlesex gem!

Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I went to this pharmacy to refill my medication, and they refused to help me because I wouldn’t transfer another, very expensive medication from a different doctor’s office. That medication has nothing to do with the refill I needed, yet they insisted on having it transferred first. When I said I couldn’t do that, they refused to refill my prescription. This behavior is completely unprofessional. It shows they care more about money and insurance benefits than about the people who depend on their medications. No patient should be treated this way, especially when they rely on their prescriptions for their health. I’m extremely disappointed with how rude and unhelpful the staff was.
