Dr. Arora and his team are professional, thorough, congenial and extremely personable. The contemporary facility exudes an ambience of refreshing comfort. My concerns were reviewed with patience, addressed thoroughly and the appropriate treatment provided. The doctor was gracious with following up. My questions after the treatment were responded to promptly by Dr. Arora himself and he clarified all my inquires impromptu. Already referred this practice to my friends. Highly recommend. 7 stars!

Wonderful first experience here yesterday. Got a little Botox and some filler. Will be back in 2 weeks for more filler. When it comes to dermatology I very much value talent first and foremost but I also value people being personable and they definitely delivered on both! From the front desk to both of the PAs I worked with everyone was absolutely lovely, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable and made sure I understood all my options. It may sound bad/shallow but it also feels nice to walk into a place that’s gunna change your appearance and everyone is beautiful. It just made me feel like they know what looks good - especially when it’s a bunch of people who all have different features and they all look good. I went to Dr. Arora specifically for treatment of freckles on my face. During the consultation, he convinced me to also undergo CO2 laser treatment for scarring, which I had not initially planned. On the day of the procedure, I wanted to make sure that my freckles would also be treated, since this had not been discussed in detail. When the assistant looked at my chart, she seemed clueless, which made me assume that my notes were not properly entered. Just before starting, I told Dr. Arora that removal of freckles was my main concern and the reason I came in. He seemed to brush it off and proceeded with the CO2 laser treatment for scarring, doing what he decided rather than prioritizing my chief complaint. Dr Arora never made me feel rushed and he listened to my concerns. Very respectful , shakes your hand. The office staff is also great and I never have a long wait. Scheduling is easy( phone or website). Very clean office. I highly recommend this practice. Lots of parking.

Great experience, Pam is super easy to talk to. All of my issues were addressed and getting better due to Pam‘s treatment. Great office and staff, super clean and helpful!
