Literal insurance fraud, they created a new page on Google maps because their original had so many negative reviews. If you scroll down a bit you’ll the one with all the negative reviews. They are inhumane and gave me a more expensive medication when my insurance covers the entire cost for the correct one. I spoke with my doctor to confirm and once again they have proof of them switching medication to make a quick buck. They need to get shut down asap, the board needs to investigate them immediately.

I don't normally share bad reviews, but this Pharmacy is especially negligent. Read through the rest of the reviews as these issues seem consistent with the company. Recently, my girlfriend was approved for a medication, and a Discount Card to help with the copay. First and second refill went through fine, as she called the Pharmacy to get her refill. A couple weeks before her final refill, the claim was put in without her acknowledgment, causing a rejection status as this flagged as way too early. This Pharmacy seems to not follow protocol and lacks major organizational skills which I would assume is needed in this field, leaving patients in a bad position, especially when the patient is doing everything they are supposed to. Specifically placing an order, without permission or knowledge

this organization is absolutely broken. They are specialized in the high sensitivity specialty medications that can be ordered through these type of pharmacies only. I have happened to use a few of them and this is by far the worst. The calls did not get answered. The shipments that are vital to be received on time, do not arrive on time or sometimes never at all. The orders made through their website do not get fulfilled or have any following at all - only the confirmation email. No status emails, no tracking numbers for shipments, no shipments themselves. This is an organization that has to be seriously rebuilt or closed down altogether.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. No wonder patients end up in an emergency room, you can’t even have a pharmacy delivery medication properly. Not to mention customer service agents hanging the phone up on patients as well. Absolutely an embarrassment of a company and will be reporting to the FDA as this is an absolute disgrace of a “pharmacy.” This company has customer service agents saying multiple different things to patients and saying that the patient is wrong. All of the phone calls are “recorded” yet patient is still being told she is wrong. Additionally, MULTIPLE phone calls I had with MULTIPLE agents had a beyond overwhelming amount of background noise.

I am on Humira and am meant to inject it every two weeks. I have not received my medication in SIX. MONTHS. since my insurance switched to BioPlus as it's speciality pharmacy. I've called, but every time either the phone never gets picked up or my medicine is still trapped in bureaucratic limbo. My psoriatic arthritis has come out of remission and I'm in increasing pain day by day. This pharmacy needs to either go back to its old prescription system or close down entirely so people can use a different one.
