I rarely, if ever, leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. Due to ongoing medical issues, I take monthly medications and have dealt with several pharmacies over the years, including CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and the online pharmacy Express Scripts. I can honestly say this was the best transition to a new pharmacy I have ever experienced. The person who assisted me was honest, courteous, helpful, and truly empathetic. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably, without having to put me on hold to find answers. He made the entire experience feel personal—like speaking with a longtime friend rather than just another customer. I would highly recommend Boothwyn Pharmacy to anyone who asks. Thank you again for such an efficient, professional, and knowledgeable experience.

5 Stars – Outstanding Experience with Boothwyn Pharmacy! I’ve been working with Boothwyn Pharmacy on their GLP-1 medication program and have lost almost 25 pounds — the results have been amazing! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The facility is clean, organized, and professional. They take the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I also love that they offer convenient home delivery. I highly recommend Boothwyn Pharmacy and their GLP-1 program — truly a great place!

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm amazed at how efficient this pharmacy runs. I've ordered from many different pharmacies over the years. Boothwyn has exceeded my expecations! The turnaround time is INCREDIBLE! I've ordered medications and they deliver 24-48hrs after the order is placed. The staff is very responsive and helpful! Very thankful to have found this pharmacy!

In the process of requesting a refund from the Agile Telehealth company for glp1 compounded medicine from this pharmacy. When I researched this pharmacy I saw that the state imposed a $1 million fine against them regarding compounded medication for GLP-1s in October 2025. Their license is on probation until they comply with the state. They also failed an FDA inspection in June 2025. Please do your research before placing an order with a telehealth company. Seems like these companies charge first and deal with consequences later. Be informed!

Bit concerning right out of the gate. Prescribed and received medication for an mg dose but the syringes sent were for ML and no guidance given on conversion. When I called the ‘24/7’ pharmacist that was advertised as being available for consultation- it turns out that wasn’t true and instead they have an ‘after hours voicemail’. Trust is so important and I feel it’s been broken immediately. So that’s too bad.
