Boones Creek Urgent Care

First experience with this clinic, so lessons to be learned. Wait time was 90 minutes for a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon. There is online scheduling available, which I highly recommend. Note that there will still be shuffling of appointments based on urgency of reason for visit. A communal tablet is used for sign-in at the reception desk, so bring hand sanitizer. Intake form is completed on your phone. You will use phone camera to take photo of both sides of ID and insurance card. There is no request on the form for health history - family history, medications, allergies, surgeries, etc. This has to be recorded by hand by the nurse once in a treatment room. Incredible! People here are amazing. Staff makes me always feel like they care.... from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor... The resident student even that I had today was incredible. I really always value having a great caring place no matter what business I'm going into so this just confirmed I'm making a good choice. They are so understanding with what I needed help with. Boones Creek Urgent Care Staff are dedicated to serving their patients.  The staff is caring, kind and are pleasant to assist you.
