Had out patient surgery, everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Even got me a coffee as soon as I woke up in recovery! I think one lady's name was Lori, and maybe Sidney...wish I could remember them all because they were absolutely amazing! Also loved the warm blanket!

From the moment we arrived, every staff member was thorough, compassionate, and prompt. Even without a dedicated pediatric specialty, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was properly assessed, stabilized, and transferred for the level of care she needed. Their communication was clear, their teamwork was seamless, and their decision-making was exactly what you hope for as a parent. I have a CT scan done on June 6, 25 the hospital itself was clean and organized to find whatever you needed. The test part went great, everyone there was really nice and had all the information you needed on hand. Would recommend this hospital. Everyone was friendly and nice.

I had an appointment for some tests and I was going to be late I called and they said you can come in that evening. So I went I believe it was around 7:30 8:00 p.m. It was quick check in a 5-minute wait and the procedure was quick everyone was friendly. That was my second visit there. The first one was very different It was during the pandemic and it was packed. So seeing it the second time the rating went up my experience was wonderful. My first visit I couldn't understand why all the wasted space such as gift shops that were closed and offices that were not being utilized when they could have had room for more beds. Boone memorial in my opinion is the best hospital in southern West Virginia! I feel they have the best emergency room doctors of any hospital! They go above and beyond to ensure your health and safety are taken care of so you can concentrate on healing and recovering! I owe Dr. Lucas, Dr Stollings, and surgeon Dr. Lucente my life! After seeing er doctors in Logan and the surgeon at Logan, for an issue that kept reoccurring, the surgeon at Logan ignored my concerns and even my family doctors concerns, when I was seen at Boone they went above and beyond to not only fix the issue I was in the er dept but they wanted to get to the root of what was causing my problem to keep reoccurring!
