Dr. Gresham and his staff are AMAZING! From the front desk greeting, to Jamie in billing, and Natalie making sure my glasses are the perfect “look” and fit for me, they always go above and beyond with a smile. I highly recommend them!

Have had two excellent experiences here. Natalie has guided me through one purchase of script Maui Jim’s and, believe it or not, guided me to another store for a brand they didn’t carry. She is a super star in customer Service, very experienced and knowledgeable and a delight to work with! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gresham was very thorough with my eye exam. He saw a problem with my retina which my ophthalmologist did not see. The staff is exceptional! Especially Natalie, the optician who helped me with my glasses! I highly recommend Dr. Gresham!

Bonita Vision Center is a 5 star operation! Every aspect is professional and proficient. The office is clean and hygienic. The staff is great!! Dr. Gresham was thorough and used equipment I have not seen in any other vision center for an exam of great care and completeness. Kira also did an excellent job! The star, IMHO, was Natalie. She helped me with trying on many frames and really helped narrow down my choices. She spent a lot of time with me and was happy to do it!! I highly recommend Bonita Vision Center!

I've been coming here for like 3 years. I made a poor choice in frames, so it keeps breaking, but the staff is always ready to help me. They are friendly, offer opinions when asked, and are a big help. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekend is all
