First treatment entered in pain and stiffness. Left the treatment pain free—first time in months. My practitioner Lisa was a true gem! She took the time to focus on my issue, and was extremely knowledgeable in multiple aspects of physiology. I was amazed how treatment on one area of my body had tangible effects on a separate area. An added bonus, she added a quiet, zen-like experience which helped bring me into a total relaxation mode. Can’t recommend Bonita Beach Medical Massage enough. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

I struggled for a year with an athletic injury that I couldn’t find the root cause of and correct. I went to lots of PT and doctors. After one 90 minute massage with Lisa, all symptoms ended. Lisa was able to locate and release tight muscles that were causing me so many problems. I recommend you give her a try!
