In a time where the big box guys barely know who you are. Bonhamtown Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Ankur greets you by your name (no small feat with masks). I thought switching to this pharmacy when my old pharmacy was shut down abruptly was going to be a good thing. However at my first pickup no one knew anything! The dismissed the fact I was trying to ensure the meds were correct because they were for a transplant patient, they tried to rush me out. They told me my prescription would automatically be refilled once it came to a certain date, I explained to them the situation with the one medication and they ensured me that they would keep it in stock. That was a lie! You can not ask them a question with out them answering it incorrectly and try to confuse the situation more.
