Before even listening to my symptoms, the staff insisted on repeating X-rays “to proceed,” which felt like unnecessary radiation just to bill insurance. When the PA finally walked in, he didn’t review my history, didn’t do a physical exam, and didn’t ask clarifying questions. Within 60 seconds, without any clinical evaluation, he recommended an epidural injection — a serious procedure with risks — as if it were a casual first-step option. Dr. Kyle Is great, the front desk lady is hard of hearing, you need to scream your last name, I figure she is of hard hearing because she is loud when asking for your name. The other "nurse" working inside is just about business, plane as a rock, no costumer satisfaction rule w/t her. U can't say she is mean but, no compassion when talking to you. Some personnel don't match the music they play inside. May God have Mercy!

Do NOT GO HERE. The office staff do not know how to talk to the patients. Very rude and unprofessional. Everyone is not cut out to deal with patients nor be in the medical field. Hinesville has the worst care. Drive to Jesup or Savannah.

I had a total knee replacement on 3/17/25 by Dr. Grisez and I couldn't be happier. BJ is THE BEST. The doctors, nurses and all the staff are the most kind compassionate people I have ever seen. Dr.Grisez is phenomenal and did a great job on my k ee which was on bad shape. This is the 2nd total knee replacement I have had at BJ a d I highly recommend them. I am so very thankful.
