Not highly impressed. I went in late. I was the only patient. Got in and out pretty quick. I had flu like symptoms. No tests done. Flu, RSV, Covid. Nothing. I too big a deal but he prescribed me a cough syrup that my pharmacist wouldn’t fill because it was too closely related to something I’m allergic to.

I saw Dano Heatwole, NP a couple days ago for a virus and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable with great bed side manner. You’re never quite sure who you will see when you go to an Urgent Care but I’m very happy it was him.

I have been feeling sick since last week. I’m glad I made the decision to go into Boncare Urgent care. They took really good care of me and after concerns of hearing some weezing in my lungs they set me up to take an X-ray. I ended up having acute pneumonia. I would have never known and most likely gotten worse. Thank you to the staff and doctor that helped me. I hope I’ll be feeling better soon.

The staff was good but the dr had X-rays taken without ever examining me or asking if I consented to that. Then he said he didn’t see anything wrong on the X-ray and couldn’t do anything for me all again without ever physically touching or examining my hand.

I took my sick child to this facility and had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish. We were in the exam room speaking with one staff member about symptoms when Crystal walked in without introducing herself. Crystal did not speak at all while taking vitals, the other staff member whom was writing down symptoms had to introduce Crystal, which came across as rude and unprofessional. John Cuenca, PA, then came in asking the same questions we had already answered. He stated there was nothing he could do and listed over-the-counter medications. I explained that we had already tried those, which is why we came in.
