Bon Secours Urgent Care, Pantops

I’ve been to Bon Secours Urgent Care - Pantops twice in the past week for an upper respiratory infection and an ear infection, and both experiences were incredibly smooth. The first time I didn’t even have an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The second visit was just as seamless. Priscilla Bullen, NP was especially helpful. She explained everything so clearly, took her time, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I truly felt listened to and cared for. Typically, I don’t have the best luck with urgent care centers, but this location has been amazing every time I’ve gone. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and genuinely positive urgent care experience, I highly recommend coming here!

The nurse practitioner was beyond helpful. She was kind and caring. She listened to me and helped me get my head wrapped around what was going on. She never once talked down to me or made me feel anything other than supported. The techs were amazing as well.

The staff was outstanding! Scheduled the appointment online to include check-in (very easy). Diagnosed and promptly took care of my issue. It was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care center. I definitely recommend this provider.

I am so thankful this Urgent Care Exists! My son was feeling unwell, and our doctor thought he could wait to be seen until Monday. By Saturday afternoon, he was not seeming well at all. We were able to go in on Saturday evening at 6:45. There was no one else in the waiting room, my son was seen very promptly, and as it turned out he needed antibiotics which they sent over right away. Everything was clean and organized and the staff was wonderful. I am so so thankful that we have this facility!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and a persistent cough. Scheduled appointment online with no difficulty. The waiting area when i arrived was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was cordial professional and concerned. They treated me with respect a d listened to my symptons and concerns. My entire visit was 30 minutes. This was my best experience at an urgent care facility
