Easy online access to the time slot reservation, easy to find as well. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Once I got called back to the room the lady doing to checking review and vitals was awesome. The doctor/nurse practitioner was so sweet. She asked all the right questions and got me in and put as quick as she could. So thankful for them on Sunday 3/7/2026. I was so miserable with my throat swelling and night sweats. The meds she prescribed started to work after the 3rd dose. Anytime I can’t get to my normal doctor, this is the place I’ll go. Only complaint is the time frame it took them. But they were really busy, seemed a lil short staffed as well. So not making a big deal out of it. Im getting better thats the main thing!!

Everyone was wonderful, kind, and professional.  I’d like to name drop Jasmine.  Jasmine went out of her way to show me a lot of encouragement and helped me feel proud of my personal accomplishments.   Something she did not have to do, but did so anyway, respectfully.   She is why I will return in the future.

I scheduled first thing Thursday for two 5 pm  appointments for myself and my 95-year-old mother. We were told an hour wait, but it was almost three hours. While we really liked the provider, and had empathy for the entire staff, it was clear they were over scheduling. The clinic also appeared to not be well cared for as it previously was. The staff, clinic and overall vibe as really changed since the change in ownership. It’s very unfortunate. I would not recommend.

I went to this location for quick non-emergency care. They provided care, but then never sent me a bill. I called several weeks after receiving care because I found it odd I hadn't received a bill. They reconfirmed they had the correct address and contact information, and told me to wait. It's been several months now and they sent me to collections without every contacting me and without ever sending me the bill... I tried calling them, they put me on hold, and then they hung up without ever providing me any additional details or a call back. I guess I'll sit on hold for another 20 minutes until they pick up my call again... in the meantime, I'll leave you with this review. Don't go here. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else. I was literally in there 5 minutes, did not look at throat, ears, absolutely nothing. Did not address shortness of breath. Prescribed amoxicillan for sinus infection(which i wasn't even there for) no tests. Woman at front couldn't figure out insurance so I paid 150 dollars for nothing. I am beyond mad. It's a shame. NEVER AGAIN!!!
