Bon Secours Urgent Care, Charlottesville

From the moment I walked in, this facility was absolutely exceptional! The environment was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the service was prompt and efficient. A special shoutout to Emma, Elizabeth, and Skylar — what a wonderful and highly effective team! Skylar, my Nurse Practitioner, explained every detail thoroughly and walked me through my care with kindness, patience, and compassion. She was very down to earth and demonstrated outstanding bedside manner, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. Elizabeth, the nurse assisting her, was equally impressive. This was an easy process from scheduling an appointment and then once there I was seen right on time! Staff very friendly and I needed medication which was flawlessly sent to my pharmacy. Would highly recommend anyone with minor issues be seen there.

I needed an X-ray because I thought I broke a rib. They’re the only Urgent with an X-Ray. Staff was awesome, wait time was less than a minute (although I had scheduled an appointment in advance). The PA I saw was wonderful. I will definitely come back for my Urgent care needs and will definitely recommend then.

I have been bringing my employees to Charlottesville Urgent Care for years, and I can honestly say there has been a 100% improvement over the last couple of months. It’s very clear that the new site manager truly cares about the quality of service this center provides. I’ve been in twice recently and both experiences were noticeably better. I had the opportunity to speak directly with the new site manager, and he listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. That level of responsiveness and leadership makes a big difference. You did an amazing job selecting him he’s truly an asset to this location. Keep up the great work!

5:15 pm appointment. Arrived at 4:45. For CDL physical. Lady with 5:30 appointment was called in at 10 min after 5.I was not called in until after 5:30. Grant it i had to do all the cdl stuff then see a doctor. Just fill like the entire process was drug out. I got out of there at 6:25 PM Part was due to elevated blood pressure. All my fault for being so high strung over a patient schedule after me being seen before me. There was a reason I came v early for my appointment. All said when I got to see the doc Koontz. I explained to her. She was very responsive and somehow had me feeling better about my visit. She understood the frustration.
