I have been pleasantly surprised at the level of high quality care from Dr Galvan and every person in this office. It's so rare to experience great customer service, but this business does that and more! Dr Galvan takes the time to listen and explain things during exams and really makes you feel cared for. My son has had problems for years and I only wish we could've seen Dr Galvan sooner, he is so knowledgable! And the front desk responds immediately when you have a question. On top of that, Kristen went above and beyond to help me choose a new pair of glasses when the ones I chose were out of stock. She even special ordered ones for me to try she thought I would like. I had my first visit at Boise Family Eye center this week and it was outstanding! The doctor was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on through the whole appointment so i didn’t feel lost. I really appreciated how he helped me understand why and what my eyes were doing. His wife was amazing as well i loved chatting with her and she helped me pick a perfect pair of glasses being it was my first time in a while going to an eye doctor. Both are such personable and kind people i had a great experience at this office highly recommend. The front desk was also so helpful and nice , have nothing but great things to say about this office!

I've been seeing Dr. Candice since 2018 and absolutely love her. Yesterday I was seen by Dr. Galvan, who is actually her brother. Now I just have to write this review, because he is just as fantastic as Dr. Candice. Not only that, all their staff are so friendly and helpful - especially Ashley and Abby. This is truly a family-run business that cares about its patients as human beings. I highly recommend this practice for excellent eye care. Riki

If you’re looking for phenomenal customer service, your search ends here. Without boring you with too many details, they went above and beyond to help with with a glasses repair issue (that was entirely my fault). They did not let me walk out the door without a functional pair of glasses and are taking ownership of the hassle involved with the manufacturer’s warranty. This all added to the amazing patience and care they showed even when I was being a grumpy child throughout the process. Simply said, they’re just good people - and I didn’t necessarily deserve it. I’m so happy to have an eye care provider for life.
