Boggy Creek Dental Care

I sought treatment at this clinic specifically to place a dental implant in the area of a missing tooth and improve the aesthetics of my smile (whitening and veneers). This is documented in my contract. Instead of focusing on the implant, I was told I “needed” Invisalign, despite explaining that I had already worn braces three times and would not see significant improvement. Three of my teeth were shaved down for crowns — an irreversible procedure — which was not aligned with the original reason I sought treatment. Later, I was informed that the implant — my main objective — was not included in the financing agreement. The veneers were also not completed as expected. Every single person I’ve encountered has been so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly make the experience great every time. I have the worst dental anxiety that anyone has likely ever seen, so much so that I put off a simple dental cleaning for more than 5 years. However the hygienist (George), staff and Dr. Ahmend are extremely kind and patient. I was able to get the cleaning I needed, a crown on my back tooth and I'm extremely grateful for how kind everyone has been. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience at Boggy Creek Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They create an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease which is great for a dental visit. I especially want to highlight George, my hygienist. He was above and beyond amazing—extremely communicative, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely attentive! I hesitated to leave this review but decided it is important for others to know and for this practice to do something. The place looks nice and clean the staff is nice, however the hygienist in charge of my cleaning needs to do something about his personal hygiene. I am guessing he possibly smokes so has a very strong body odor but that’s not even the worse his nails were so dirty I felt so uncomfortable and regret allowing him to work on my mouth. I asked him to use two set of gloves but feel that was not sufficient it has really bother me since the time I went I brought it up to someone in the office and she agreed and knew exactly what I was talking about she said I could re schedule but I tried not to give it any mind I didn’t want to make him feel but but honestly I now regret it.
