I scheduled with Lisa as a new client. I had to reschedule due to an injury. Multiple attempts with little communication from her, I was finally informed she only saw new patients on the weekends...fine. After trying to reschedule once my injury treatment from a doctor was helping, I was then informed my deposit was no longer valid. My first appointment was booked 1/4. The next time I tried to reach out was 2/18 then 3 more times to no avail..I never received any communication regarding this deposit not being valid after a month. ((So no- my bookings and rebookings were not 2 months apart as your reply states-- )) As a new client who receives body work often, Lisa's lack of customer value lost my business. Lisa was very accommodating and professional from the scheduling through phone to the massage. She made me feel comfortable at her very clean and private location in downtown Albuquerque. Asking me for my pressure preferences and areas of concern was appreciated. Really taking the time to get to know my type of work and daily habits to target areas of stress and tension was a good attention to detail to make the most out our time. I have been coming back to her because she’s great. Overall great experience and amazing deep tissue massage. I would definitely recommend making an appointment!

Lisa is fantastic. She talked to me about the issue I was having with my back & hips and really targeted those ares to help with mobility. Her pressure was just hard enough to really work out all of the tension. I felt incredibly relaxed after. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her space. Looking forward to my next appointment already!

Lisa is awesome!! I had my first Medical Massage with her today and it was great!! She has very positive energy and I really felt the difference when she was done :) **huge plus is she takes workman's comp and has weekend appointments. Lisa has a very intuitive touch. She is very professional and her studio was very clean and relaxing. She was able to zero in on my problem areas and had my back feeling much better after just one session.
