Beth is such a sweet and gentle soul. She takes her time, listens, and clearly understands anatomy and body mechanics, which made a huge difference in how effective the session felt. Her touch was intentional and therapeutic, not rushed. Truly impressive and already provides a level of care you don’t always find. I would absolutely book with her again. ☺️

Absolutely miracle worker. I have severe neck issues, 3 bulging disc's, and pain like no one should at my age. I get bad migraines from the tension in my neck and shoulders. Due to insurance I cant afford PT anymore, but I think I honestly got as much as I can from them- they were a God send. But a month out of PT my neck tension and migraines were getting bad again, I went here as a gift for my birthday. And its been over a week since ive gone and the pain is still not nearly as bad from a good 8-9 pain scale to Im actually feeling normal under 5. I did a hr massage- she did not work my whole body- my whole body isn't the issues, she worked my shoulders and neck the entire hour.
