He truly understands muscle anatomy and how the body works. My movement improved immediately — I could bend more easily, my body felt more open, and even my breathing became lighter. Sergey specializes in deep tissue massage with strong pressure, which is exactly what I need. I weigh about 220 lbs, and not every massage therapist can work deeply and effectively on larger, athletic muscles — but Sergey absolutely can.
