I had a 60 minute focus massage with amanda for a muscle spasm that I had in my upper back. The day before, the spasm was significant enough that I was having difficulty doing anything with my left arm - typing, driving, opening doors, sleeping . I appreciated that she focused on the problem that I was there to solve using his sha myofascial release techniques and deep tissue massage to get my upper back to let go. She picked up on my tendency to tense my shoulders, neck, and upper back when only using my hands, eg typing or holding my phone. I felt an immediate difference after and I’m going back to work using both my hands.

I booked a 90 minute massage with Amanda and it was absolutely amazing. I am very impressed with my first initial visit. She is very considerate and really focsed on the areas based on my needs. It was easy to book an appointment, great location, quiet, professional, relaxing environment, and welcoming. I look forward to coming back!

Kim and Kristine are absolutely amazing! My husband and I have had a lot of different massage therapists over the years and these are the best therapists we have found. Kim is so incredible at working out very tender areas and not causing pain. Some areas I've had issues with for years, she has helped to improve so much. She is very attentive and intuitive with the perfect flow. Kristine also has an amazing relaxing flow that often will put my husband to sleep, all while addressing his problem areas. While I've never personally had a massage from Kristine, my husband raves about how great she is! We both always leave our appointment feeling so relaxed and refreshed! I just got a massage from Camille and I cannot recommend her enough. I can tell the difference between someone going through the motions of a massage and someone who is very intentional and in tune and my experience with Camille was that she was very in tune and full of care for my experience. Also! Sound bowls are an option and I recommend those as well! They were a beautiful addition with not only the tones but the physical vibration felt on and throughout my body. I felt like I got a massage, sound bath, and acoustic vibrational massage all in one!
