Teri is a wonderful person, amazing massages. Thought twice about posting because, seriously, I want to still be able to get an appointment with her. She books up fast as it is. She's a true hidden gem. I have arrived at her office with intense lower back pain, neck pain & sciatica she has offered me more relief than I can describe here. She is professional; she doesn't talk throughout your massage unless you want to. The room is private, comfortable and relaxing; especially for people who are apprehensive about removing their clothes.

I just had a massage with Teri and I feel wonderful! Her deep tissue massages offer me great relief. She can zero in on any issues I have and corrects them before I leave her office. She is very knowledgeable, professional and will offer suggestions on stretches or exercises to help me stay physically fit!!! I highly recommend Teri (especially if you are shy or hesitant about getting a massage). You will love how you feel after one visit!

I saw Teri for lower back and SI joint pain a while back. At that time, I was not even able to sit in a chair. Immediately after I seeing her, I was able to sit without pain. I am able to walk for longer distances and notice improved flexibility/circulation, better range of motion and less muscle pain. Highly recommend her deep tissue and trigger point massage as it enhances recovery. She is the best massage therapist I have seen so far! Thankyou Teri :)

Teri is amazing. She quickly corrected ongoing pain I was having. She also has great recommendations to continue to improve and help you to stay pain free. I will continue to see her for regular massages (even if I’m pain free)!

I’ve been having deep tissue massage here for about fifteen years on a nearly monthly basis. This past year I’ve increased to the 90 minute and will never do less! Teri is extremely knowledgeable - there’s a reason the name includes “Bodywise”! Very professional, relaxing environment. She never talks too much - she’s focused on reading your body and providing an effective massage. Your time and money is well spent here.
