I had a persistent, tight knot in my right hip that had been bothering me for nearly a year. I started with one session of physical therapy, where they gave me stretches to do at home. But honestly, I struggled to stick with it—I was hoping for immediate relief. Next, I tried around 10 sessions of acupuncture to help with the constant pain, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any real improvement. Kim is amazing. She released my shoulder which was locked up for more than a year. She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I have never had graston technique used before but it was incredibly effective. I would recommend her highly for sports massage.
