Body Renewal Therapy

I've been here twice now and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had multiple procedures / surgeries on my spine, most notably a spinal fusion, and massage therapists make me incredibly nervous. I was beyond shocked when Lindsay (owner) took 30 minutes of her time just to sit and talk with me about the anxiety and fears that I had not only relating to my back but in general trying to pinpoint what areas I would benefit from massaging the most. I decided after the first massage I wouldn't be going to anyone else! She really does care about what she does and has extensive certifications in her field, I love her thirst for knowledge! Finally, her prices are more than reasonable for her time and she offers military/veteran/first responder discounts! Finally, another huge bonus

I had an amazing experience with Lindsay! She gave me a fantastic massage that made me feel so much better. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also very sweet and welcoming. I appreciated how she explained everything she was doing during the massage, Her attention to detail and care for her clients ☺️I can't recommend her enough!

Lindsay has the warmest disposition and makes you feel completely comfortable during your massage. She is incredibly intuitive and was able to help me break up knots that I've had for years (not the most relaxing part, but necessary!). I was experiencing some hip issues, and she successfully released all the muscles that were causing chronic pain. After a recent physical, my GP told me I grew an inch! The only thing I could attribute this to was Lindsay's massages. She is a miracle worker in my books! Thank you Lindsay

Lindsay is amazing! She is so kind and helpful. You can tell she is passionate about her work. It was my first time ever doing Myofascial release Therapy. I’ve gone twice so far in the past month and my carpal tunnel and wrist/pain has dramatically improved. In addition, Lindsay pointed out things my doctor wasn’t able to tell me about my muscles and my legs. I’ve had challenges with my knee for 15 years, and the discomfort has certainly reduced.

I started seeing Lindsay approximately 2 years ago. I have had massages many times over my lifetime but no one comes close to Lindsay. Lindsay listens to your concerns and then takes a proactive approach. I have recently been told I bulging discs and herniated as well. I am going the homeopathic route for now and that includes Lindsay. Lindsay is a true healer and I am so grateful to have found her. I might add I live in Fort Lauderdale Fla but she’s worth the trip as I’ve yet to find anyone better!
