Body Remedy Miami

Body Remedy is located in a weird building that smells like a garbage can. Their rooms are in a sterile looking office building. I received a “lymphatic massage” that didn’t even focus on my lymph nodes… What a horrible experience. I spent $192 for 90 minutes and DEFINITELY wasn’t worth it. I would never go back there. I frequently receive deep tissue massages and lymphatic massages and this was the worst. As a former therapist, I am fully aware what therapy should look and feel like & this was a terrible establishment.

I highly recommend Body Remedy! I have been going there twice a month for years for deep tissue massages and will continue to do so. I have a medical issue that causes upper back and neck tension (on top of work and life stress). I see Mike Parkinson who is an amazing massage therapist and he genuinely wants to help me. If you want legitimate massage therapy then this is the place to go.

Phenomenal experience. Nadya was great and really knows what she’s doing. If you want real deep tissue that’s corrective and not some slight little spa massage, then this is a place for you. Most spa places are afraid to do deep pressure and don’t know how to properly address my issues. I need a place that understood the body in a different way. I have fibromyalgia and light touch is extremely painful for me, whereas my body reacts extremely well to deep touch. She listened to my issues and concerns, and gave me one of the best massages of my life! Can’t wait to back!
