I appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable front staff, and I have had great massage sessions after work. My LMT has discussed my pain points with me and focuses on areas that need the most work while talking through what actions can contribute to pain and wellness.

I have been coming in to this medical massage clinic and I have a great experience. They have really skillful therapists and the owner is great. Offering hot tea water. Highly recommend.

As I drive up to the spa, I do a double take to make sure I went to the right address. Yes, I made it to the Kaiser approved massage therapist and my experience goes downhill from here. The waiting room is dingy and poorly lit but it also met my expectations of an establishment in a strip mall next to Chuck E. Cheese. My therapist had a difficult time walking down the hall and making it to the room in the back of the establishment. The face covering had large holes in it and the room had yellow humidity stains running down palm tree painted walls. About 20minutes into the massage, I wanted to get up and leave but decided to tough it out to the end with hopes of things improving. This is a great massage therapy group! They have several great masseuse', and I just adore mine! They've got a range of strengths, styles and personalities! In addition, they are always professional! Finally, they accept several different insurances, plus mine, Kaiser Permanente!!!

I went to Body Recovery Day Spa as this was one of the approved providers under Kaiser. Should have checked the reviews before I scheduled....this was my worst massage experience ever. Similar to some of the comments made by other customers, the person assigned to me had zero energy, motivation and skill to do a massage. At best gentle rubbing on the back muscles which hardly qualifies as a massage. I should have said something then but it was obvious to me that trying to fix anything there was a waste of my time. Maybe I got unlucky and ended up with not the best therapist but am surprised they have therapists like that. Nothing against anyone...but certainly not the experience I was expecting or needed for my medical condition. Back to the hunt to find another provider...:(
