A coworker referred me here and I am so glad they did. Dr Ellen is such a wonderful person and the whole team is a pleasure to see every visit. Lacey makes filing claims easy and Yumi is a wonderful masseuse! You won’t regret making a visit to this gem.

Body Harmony of Arlington is a true gem! Dr. Ellen is incredibly nice and understanding, always taking the time to listen and provide tailored care. Lacey is equally amazing—professional, kind, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. As someone with a typical high-stress DC-Northern VA job that keeps me sitting for long hours, I often struggle with back pain and tension. Dr. Ellen, Lacey, and the talented massage therapists here have made such a difference in my life. They go out of their way to ensure you feel well taken care of and truly work to make you feel better. I can’t recommend Body Harmony enough!

Dr. Ellen is beyond amazing. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my hips/back and it was keeping me up at night. I have had a handful of adjustments, acupuncture, and cupping at Body Harmony and It’s made a world of difference for me. Highly recommend!

This practice just gets it. Marcella is an amazing massage therapist, taking the time to understand each specific area to focus on what I really need. I especially appreciate her motto of “I focus more on the ‘therapy’ part of ‘massage therapy’ so my patients have better outcomes.” That’s exactly what I’m looking for in a practice and ensures I’ll keep coming back to benefit from her work and expertise. Overall the practice appears well run and every member of the staff has been kind and welcoming.

This is such an amazing place. I have been coming to Body Harmony for a little over a year and have experienced much relief from chronic neck pain, migraines, vision concerns, and anxiety. Dr. Ellen is very knowledgeable and patient. The chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture have become my go-to treatments. The massage therapists are incredible too. I am always looking forward to my next visit!
