Ricardo was the best masseuse I’ve had in many, many years. He’s warm, professional and accommodating as well! Though the spa is tricky to find, it’s quite the gem—very clean and welcoming. The chamomile tea was thoughtful treat!

This is a beautiful spa. Ricardo gave me a deep tissue massage that was very good. I actually dozed off a couple times lol. Between the soothing light and music. The warmth and comfort of the table, the eucalyptus that not only opened my sinuses but helped me drift away, I was at peace. I also did the sauna treatment and that was very nice as well. Then they have you shower and get ready for your massage. I made an appointment to come back in two weeks because the experience was perfect. I highly recommend highly. Customer service was above and beyond.

I am a veteran and the VA scheduled me an appointment with this community care vendor. Got to the appointment and no one is answering. Have called and been waiting outside for over 20 minutes. No response. There is a camera outside. Maybe no one is monitoring it. Either way… Very unprofessional. Only correspondence I received was a couple of texts through zocdoc. I completed the information requested. Keep in mind I live across town. Drove for thirty minutes.

Super unprofessional! I showed up for my appointment early like suggested when they called to confirm but the door was locked and no one answered the phone when I called. When I texted the confirmation number they said that they were sorry that no one had let me know but they were canceling my appointment so that they could close early. This place obviously does not know how to run a business. Go elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed too.

I attempted to contact this vendor multiple times with no response. Eventually, I scheduled an appointment online earlier in the week. On the day of my appointment, Ricardo texted me, informing me that my 3:30PM appointment had been canceled due to a personal event. They had rescheduled the time without confirming with me first, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional.”
