I can’t say enough how good an assisted stretch felt here. I’ve been hardcore going to the gym and my muscles are tight! Alex was able to stretch the muscles I couldn’t get normally. Thank you! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Jared was amazing for my first massage. We did cupping too, which I had never done before but will definitely be back for. He was able to target so much tension and was very knowledgeable about everything. He came up with a plan for future appointments, which I am looking forward too.
