Colleen and the team are absolutely amazing! I love the hands on experience. The team works together - you do your exercises with them, they watch and adjust you every session. The 1:1 time with Colleen is AMAZING, she is very hands on! All of this followed up with modalities which really help! Highly recommend BUT you have to be willing to put in the time!

My 13 year old son, who is a basketball player, was diagnosed with an acute stress injury in his left tibia. Colleen and team were able to squeeze him in and start seeing him regularly within a week of being diagnosed. They were also able to work with our insurance after we paid a premium which ended up saving us a lot of money. Through a combination of their excellent treatment and my son’s sticking to their treatment plan and doing the prescribed exercises every day at home he has now made a full recovery and is back on the court stronger than ever! Colleen is friendly, caring and knowledgeable- couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my son’s recovery!

Bodies in Motion provides exceptional care. Over the years, Colleen and her team have helped me overcome back, hip and shoulder issues. Colleen and her aides took the time to explain the exercises and the reasoning behind each treatment. The positive atmosphere at the clinic made therapy sessions something to look forward to. Cannot recommend Bodies in Motion highly enough.

I went to this physical therapy office and had a terrible experience. First of all the office is jammed packed with equipment and some patients. Secondly, I was assigned to an intern. He was actually pretty good but his internship was over after my second visit. After that I had 3 different therapist for the next 3 sessions. That was my last visit to that place. I had never really been to PT before and didn’t realize it isn’t very customary for someone to knock on the door after 10 minutes or so and say your next client is here. After the physcial therapist I was escorted out to the overcrowded with equipment room to exercise. The assistant was helping me and other person. I had never done these. Are you kidding me? They wrote down at home exercises. No pictures no description nothing! O

I have been to alot of physical therapy over the years for various lower back injuries , Bodies In Motion has got to be my favorite (wish i had met Colleen many years ago). This isnt a fancy facility or high volume treatment center. But what it is is smart care that not only helps with the immediate pain and mobility, but quickly and deeply works to diagnose root cause. As an active (but aging) athlete, i have been super frustrated with constant flareups and continued degeneration of my lower discs. For the first time, someone looked at me in motion and helped me determine the alignment issues that were likely the ultimate source. Highly recommend!
